Image Effects

Hey everybody, hopefully you are all enjoying the snow? We are. We have been quite busy lately getting ready for christmas just like all of you. I am trying hard not to forget the blog but it seems I did not do so well last week.
Here is something new for all of you to see. I have been playing around with image overlays and effects and this is one of the examples of what I have come up with. Enjoy!

Jaclyn & Bill

Jaclyn's and Bill's wedding day started out rainy and wet. It was still raining by the time the girls finished getting ready and between the house and the church it stopped. (as I said it would) The sun came out and it turned into a beautiful day. Which was great because they had been able to borrow an old convertible for them to drive off in. You guys look great. Enjoy!

Mendy & Nathan

You may remember Mendy and Nathan from our previous blog posts. Well here is their Wedding! They had a fantastic day that was "hot" for fall. There ceremony and reception took place in Midland at the Best Western Highland Inn.
Mendy was looking gorgeous as ever with those amazing blue eyes and Nathan smiling all the day through. Enjoy!

Becky & Mike Engagement

Becky and Mike are new to the area and both love what Georgian bay has to offer from Blue Mountain to the beach.
So we decided to make the best of a great day and started up at Blue and ended up at Collingwood Harbour. The sunset was fantastic!

Vanessa & Ryan

Vanessa and Ryan decided to have a traditional church ceremony but wanted their day to be not so traditional. We all met up before the ceremony to take pictures at a beautiful property out by Mount St.Louis. Did I say beautiful I meant "breathe taking"!! Afterwards we were off to the church for a 7:30 ceremony followed by dancing, speeches and food. Vanessa and Ryan both are two amazing people who speak direct from their hearts. (Yes, I had tears in my eyes during your speeches) It was great to be apart of your day!

Scott and Christina

Scott and Christina have been together for many years during which they had to live apart because of Scott's job working for Parks Canada. They remind Andy and I a lot of us and our story of getting together and living far apart and finally living together again and getting married. They both have a great sense of humour and love to laugh! Which made our day lots of fun especially since we all were driving around on golf carts!

Mary & Kelly Engagement Shoot

Mary and Kelly are like many others in that they both don't really enjoy being photographed. This is one of the main reasons Andy and I added engagement sessions to most of the packages we offer. So when the big day comes you will be relaxed around the camera and working with us. I think if you ask Mary & Kelly they will tell you they had loads of fun at our beach. I mean who wouldn't want to hang out at the beach on a Sunday!
