Darryl & Lindsay Monkeying Around!
I am very excited to be present at Darryl & Lindsay's wedding later this summer. The reason being I spent many summers growing up at the cottage with Darryl & his brother Craig. It will be a wonderful wedding with lots of family and of course lots of fun. Can't wait!
It was great photographing them a few weeks ago for their E-session. Here are a few of my favorites.
Cheers,
Kate & Andrew

Cindy McQueen- Wanna Web Design
Cindy is the proud owner and principal designer of Wanna Web Design. She has helped me out many times with my constant questions about HTML and other web stuff. I met Cindy thorough our Thursday business group GBSBA.
I had the chance last week to photograph Cindy for a relaxed business portrait. We had lots of fun walking and sometimes falling through the long grass. Cindy what can I say you look great!
Cheers,
Kate & Andrew

Carly & Chris Tie The Knot!
Carly & Chris got married on the 6th of June. It was a gorgeous day with lots of beautiful blue sky and a great big x to mark the spot. The day was full of lots of laughs and tonnes of fun for everyone, Andy & I included.
I bet you guys had a great party that went on late into the night. Here's some previews from the day.
This last image is for my new friend Francois! He's got all the moves and even swept the mother of the bride off her feet.
Cheers,
Kate & Andrew

Kelly "The Awesome Singer" Burrows!
I originally met and listened to her sweet voice at a clients wedding. Unfortunately, since we were both working we didn't have much time to chat. A few months later we ran in to each other in Toronto at a friends party. Ever since we have kept in touch and a few weeks ago Kelly came to the studio for a session. As always, it was lots of fun! Here are a few pictures from the session:
Here are a few tracks from to listen to:
The Maevens- Too Soon
The Maevens- Simple Things
Kelly has just finished her new website for her business Red Door Music. She offers a unique service to her wedding & event clients in where she works with them to make the music special to their event. Here's what one of here clients has to say:
"My husband-to-be and I wanted the music during our wedding ceremony to be both touching and meaningful. When we discussed this with Kelly, she understood what we were looking for immediately! When we told her that we had a particular song in mind, she modified it slightly to make it more “wedding friendly”, and even offered to send us a sample of her singing it. She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
During the ceremony, her performance was spectacular. Walking down the aisle to Kelly singing our song made the whole ceremony come together - and brought tears to my husband’s eyes. It was that magical moment that all brides dream about."
